All of our apartments have been renovated with care, maintaining the architectural characteristics of a colonial house, from the ceilings, with wooden beams and terracotta mezzanine tiles , restored back to their original splendour.
Many apartments are on two floors and some have the second floor in the attic part of the building , where the inclination of the roof and windows over the panorama highlight particular and suggestive atmospheres. All of the apartments have at least one window that looks over the immense panorama provided by the Malaspina Castle and beyond to the coastline in the back ground.
