RENTAL AGREEMENT      

The rental contract is completed with the owner of the Casa Vacanza Settimo Cielo , at the agreed price.
The contract comes into being only at the moment in which the confirmatory deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount due has been received.
The balance is paid on entering the apartment.
Keys will be delivered to the clients on site from 16.00 to 19.00 hrs on Saturdays unless other agreements have been arranged beforehand.
Please note a cautionary deposit against damages of € 150,00 in cash , please note without this deposit you will not be allowed to enter into your accommodation.
The renter agrees to use the apartment to host only the amount of people indicated at the time of booking the accommodation.
The renter promises to use the apartment with care, avoiding any acts that could cause eventual damages to the property , its pertinences , annexes or the contents within. This is your   responsibility during your stay.
The client commits himself to use the apartment in a way that will not cause disturbance to the other residents staying in Casa Vacanze.
The clients agree to re-consign the keys to the apartment as per agreement reached and always before 10.00 am on Saturday morning.
The client agrees not to reproduce (cut) or deliver the keys to the apartment to third persons.
The clients commits himself to undertaking all of the usual measures of security to prevent strangers entering into the property (closing shutter etc on departure).
